Refunds Policy

A refund will only be provided when it has been proven that there has been an overpayment. When applying for a refund you must provide us with proof of the overpayment. If your refund request is accepted, the refund will be transferred back to the originating credit card or held to your credit against future invoices. No cash refunds will be given.

Cancellation of Payment Policy.

If for any reason your payment is cancelled by you or your bank you will remain liable for the original charges. All steps will be taken to seek payment in full plus any additional costs incurred.
